I do not usually write testimonials unless the product or service is so good or bad I need to tell people about.I am sad to say in this case it is because I have had the worst experience and service from a hairdresser in my life.With travelling and my seventy years I have visited many different hairdressers and have never been so disgusted as this one.I wish I could give less than one star but I cannot and would most certainly not recommend anybody to go here after my experience.I explained most clearly to the hairdresser what I wanted, nothing too fancy a cut and blow dryit was clear while she was cutting my hair she was not even doing as requested, I pointed this out to her and she completely ignored me did not even answer !Even washing my hair was very slap happy couldn't care less attitude.I decided to try a wash and blow dry first before having a perm, and was told by this person I do not do perms as I do not like the smell" ?Whoever has heard hairdressers that do not even do perms

Kim is fantastic and really knows her colours, she made me feel so comfortable, I left feeling so happy with my new cut and colour!
