The two floors are very compact, however everything you'd expect from The Range. They had some decent offers on at this particular store.

Staff were absolutely lovely, some girls at the back helped me!I did have an issue though, he was clearly the store manager, dressed smart. He wasn't nice at all the way he spoke after I tried to bring back faulty curtains. He said no, and loved the power trip not nice customer skills. Lady on til was so nice though I imagine he talks down to all his staff. I prefer elk mill to Rochdale unsure whether I'd pop back in

My experience of 'The Range Elk Mill' is a bad one, the manager was very abrupt and determined not to help.I purchased a green kettle ftom your Rochdale branch, this was display one as there was none left in boxes, they did not have a matching toaster, but elk mill one did, same again, just a dispay one, the manager would not let me buy it as she said its still active, but this colour is not online to buy, I'm now stuck with a non matching kettle due to the manager enjoying being able to say NO, so a typlical bad experience for me that I will now share with others.

Decent sized shop, not as big as the Stockport store, similar to the Denton Crown Point. Full of all the usual homeware and excellent for Christmas decorations!
