Leon did an excellent job with our Global kitchen knives. We were able to give him a call same day, drop them off, and collect shortly after (we just took our dog for a walk whilst waiting). Very reasonable pricing and good advice and guidance given too. Highly recommended

I was looking for someone to sharpen various knives and garden cutting tools and came across Leon who did an amazing job.We then got chatting about kitchen knives and what to buy as I was after a new blade and was thinking of importing one from Japan, Leon then mentioned that he made them and I could have a bespoke knife, he showed me some blanks, explained the type of metal and how he would turn a blank into a blade, I even had the opportunity to choose the wood to make the handle.What Leon didn't tell me was that he is a dying breed, he is true artisan and has produced a beautiful, balanced and amazing knife for me that will last a life time, Leon also advised the best way to keep it sharp and true.If you are after something different and want something unique then Leon is your man.

Absolute top service from Leon sharpened my Chisels, oiled and polished, dropped off Sunday morning and picked up following day. Literally better than brand new.

Went to see Leon last night at a last minute call, he was so helpful and even let me come after hours as I was desperate to get some planer blades sharpened for work the next day. The job he has done is second to none! I will definitely be using him again! Thanks again!!!

Went in early May and was really happy with it. Had some WMF a and Zwillinge knifes which went into the dishwasher. Now they look nice and new and are so sharp that I am always afraid of cutting myself.
