Appalling additude to sales/customer service. We never got as far as placing the order as whilst the shop was full of staff, the unhelpful nature and lack of professional service meant that we are now looking elsewhere.

Nipped in quickly on our journey home, we’ve been wanting to build a planter in the garden for a while & after having quotes from here there and everywhere I finally decided to go to MKM stoke which is close to our house.Really helpful service and seen to as soon as approaching the counter, the only issue I had was how they presumed my non DIYer husband would be answering the questions, not realising it would be me even after being the one answering the questions to what we were doing with the decking etc.Promised for delivery tomorrow with everything we’ll be needing and the bonus being we are not dragging it home ourselves and it came in with around 50% off what we had been quoted elsewhere so it was a win win with a purchase made there and then. Will be glad of the delivery tomorrow morning especially when only being in store at 4pm so a very quick turnaroundThank you
