Passed my theory test here, there is no one downstairs ready to let you in though? so I guess you just have to be lucky since my second time a girl let me in who probably just had her test or something too.

Had booked two weeks prior to the 18th of August for my theory test only on arrival to face broken lifts now they new about this 3 days before and never contacted me or warned ⚠️ me the lifts were out of commission anyway the theory test center preston is at Marshall House on the 6th floor bear in mind I have copd azmah and emphysema on oxygen so my carer climbed to the sixth floor only to me told they had cancelled my talk over theory test they offered no apology no one on ground floor to meet me and tell me or apologise there are no disabled facilities apart from ground floor toilet the lift is only for one person I was disgusted and embarrassed and to this day no apologies from dvsa there test center itself needs to be moved on the ground floor because as it stands right now it is not disability friendly it's like anti disability discrimination and in my opinion they need outing thank you to my followers I'm always honest on my descriptions of places I visit to give you good people a good insight to make up your own mind. Hard to get in.lift did not work the day i went.was totally out of breath when i got to level 4.i have copd .but the staff was nice once there.

After working out how to get into the door we waited about 15min for the lift to come down (only 1 lift works in this place) there is no reception area for anyone to direct you to your destination. It doesn't look like the place gets cleaned every often as there was post all over the place and on the floor by the lifts. The place as a whole does not look like it's very well upkept and maintained. Not a pleasant place to go. As this is the building for dvsa I would have thought they would try and make it as least stressful and awkward as they could due to so many people being already stressed and anxious about doing their theory test as the cases may already be.

It was a great experience. Facilities worked perfectly and I didn't have any delays in receiving an amazing service.

I attended the building to complete a theory test which happened to be on the top floor. The staff were thorough, helpful and really friendly!!The lift didn't work though! I would advise this place for theory tests if you are able to walk well upstairs. No other issues.

Friendly and helpful staff. Visited to take my motorcycle theory and hazard perception test on the 6thfloor. I passed!One lift still working.

Visited for DVLA theory test. Clean building with clean toilets. No complaints.

Attended a medical assessment, the reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The doctor I saw was most pleasant and polite as well as informative.
