Pizza Mania easington

Truthfully wouldn’t even give one star, had flies in my food and when I rang to complain they all started laughing down the phone and to top it off food was cold. Parmo looked liked it was done yesterday, highly recommend avoiding. Customer service is shocking

Really bad service when ordering on just eat at 00:30 it said the collection time would be 15:30 which I rang up and asked about this the woman on the phone then said just place the order and collect it as she will pull it through for me. When getting to the shop they said it didn’t come through and that they would get it tomorrow which was not what I got told. When asked if there was anything they can do they said no pay for it again. I’ve wasted time, money and petrol really really poor customer service no help at all.

Phoned a order on closing at value of £20 FOOD ARRIVED and wrong order I had two lots of chips and a burger , instead of extra large chicken kebab and a cake , got delivered at 1.10am, 40mins after closing, 20 quid out of pocket and left hungry

Food is so nice, wish I had tried this takeaway before and sauces are also really nice and delivery was really quick would defo recommend I think I’ve found my new favourite take away ❤️

I wouldn't usually complain about a food company but pizza mania has the worst food and customer service I have ever come across I've worked in the food industry , no sorry no apologies plain ignorance ,Rang up complaining that my food was freezing cold didn't really get anywhere so asked for a refund on just eat, my son then came in with hair wrapped up in his kebab meat, when I've rang to complain once again I got told not to order from there again!as id complained once I even said I'm not even removing the hair that is wrapped around my food come see for yourself! Or said send your driver, it doesn't even match our hair in the house Disgusting service !!!! Rotten food overpriced and down right rude! Used to be nice an apology or anything would have been more acceptable than the attitude I received back!!! used to be a nice place!

chips were soggy and cold, garlic sauce was too strong, pizza was almost burnt to a crisp.

Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews for this place! I’ve ordered pizzas a fair few times, and they’re absolutely spot on everytime! Always arrive on time/early, delivery driver is always personable, food is hot, and pizzas are delicious - wouldn’t go anywhere else!

1 star is too many. You've got to be a pizza maniaC to eat here. Burnt pizza, cremated chicken, stone cold chips. Wrapped with cold pop.....do they not know basic food hygiene.....hot and cold items DO NOT get wrapped together. Garlic dip in a pot about half an inch deep, may as well just gave out sachets, probably more in a sachet. Simply disgusting
