Reading all the recent positive reviews of people's experiences of Jamie Robinson at Rudlings Wakelam I can only say I am not at all surprised. Jamie acted in the recent purchase of our new home and was excellent throughout. Utterly professional, helpful, responsive, Jamie ensured the whole process ran smoothly and trouble free. Our purchase was completed from acceptance of offer in a matter of weeks. We were kept informed of every detail throughout. No delays, no last minute surprises, and a very reasonable bill. Having had an abysmal experience with another nearby legal firm earlier this year - which is now in the hands of the legal ombudsman - it was a very great relief to have Jamie recommended to us. He has restored our faith in the profession and we cannot recommend him or Rudlings Wakelam highly enough. Close family in Cambridge are now using him for their house move. Five star service.

Helped me with my first property buy. Although hard to get hold of at times and on occasion not all information was shared with all parties which did cause some delays. However, I do understand that solicitors are very busy and some delays simply cannot be helped. I was moving over the December period which I know meant some delays with Christmas but it just would have been nice if everyone could have been informed on specifics (I often had to answer the estate agents calls as the solicitors were unavailable and try to update them but I also didn’t know exactly what was going on. This left the other side in some panic and caused added stress to other parties including myself).Overall I was pleased with the service the team offered and unfortunately stress cannot be helped with any house purchase! Very grateful for the time and effort they put in.

Jamie dealt with our house sale and purchase with efficiency and professionalism. He responded to all of our questions very quickly with great detail making the transaction run very smoothly. He also had a good relationship with both estate agents which really helped with the progress. Thank you very much for all of your hard work in making this happen.

Absolutely amazing service from Rudlings! From the beginning Mr Shazad Butt was extremely helpful and patient. It's not cheap but every penny is worth it. Very helpful with advice and helping to get a new mortgage (right to buy) . Great communication and answered any questions quickly and thoroughly. We've got a 125 year lease, can't believe it. I'm very grateful for the support I received and would recommend him to anyone.p. s. Lack of professionalism after the purchase. We were told to wait a bit more for the land registry. Okay it's normal. Nearly a year later, after my email we finally got a document from the Land registry. The problem was that it was dated nearly 6 months earlier, and nobody from the Rudlings sent it to us. Shame.Year after their last letter they sent me again a land registry certificate. And surprise they held 115 quid and promised to refund it. Hope it doesn't take a year and half. Speechless

I have used Rudlings Wakelam twice for conveyancing and both times have received excellent service. They are very helpful, concise, professional, efficient and courteous. Both times have been stress-free which I didnt think was possible having previously had some horrendous experiences. Jamie Robinson, is currently dealing with the purchase of my next home, I know I don't have to worry about anything which removes a huge pressure. I have recommended Jamie to my daughter today and would have no hesitation recommending Rudlings Wakelam to other family and friends. Excellent services here from the conveyancing team, particularly Jamie Robinson. I have worked with multiple conveyancing solicitors and these guys are by far the best I have used. Very responsive and proactive in working. At no point did I need to chase or follow up and felt I could let them get on with the deal knowing it would complete in a timely manor. Great work. 10/10. Recommended.
