Glossy leaflet came through my door, thought any takeaway thats half decent wouldn't need to deliver leaflets, good job I checked the reviews wasn't it! Yep menu straight in the bin.

Absolutely fantastic meal! Very polite phone service, lovely delivery man and the food was delicious! I’ve tried all the Indian takeaways in the Ascot and Sunningdale area and this was by far the best. This will now most definitely be my regular.

Ordered 2 chicken Tikka main meals. The cabbage salad has shrunk to such a tiny bag, very disappointed. Tried to call but not answering the phone. After 7 years of using Nanu I thought we should get better.

Nanu's has consistently supplied excellent food and I travel to go there as it is normally well worth it.Just ordered exactly the same meal as I always order but this time it was awful and made of totally different ingredients. So bad that it went in the bin.I phoned to see what had happened and if they had a different chef, but they denied it and said it was the same as always. When I explained that I always had the same order and it was a cream based dish but this time it was just in a plain gravy. They did not want to know. Hopefully this is a one off, otherwise I will have to find another takeaway.

Waited over an hour and a half after being told that delivery would be 50 minutes, kept being told 5 minutes when we were phoning to enquire about delivery time then waited a further 25 minutes for it to arrive. Driver said he got lost and that he had been driving around for 20 minutes (hence food being cold) Asked for discount as food was so late but still had to pay full price although was offered 20% discount next time. Food arrived 40 minutes late, was luke warm, tasteless and main dishes were covered in a film of oil. Poppadoms were soft and chewy what a disappointment, definitely will not be ordering again.

Really really bad. Ordered online late afternoon, only offered a 6.55 delivery. Food was lukewarm. Prawn Madras was watery and tasteless, and onion bhaji was literary dripping in fat, I had to find a plate to put it on. I asked them to collect my meal because I could not eat it and requested a refund but all they offered was a new part meal. When I asked for a refund I was told I had to apply to someone else. I have bought in the past, but will never buy from this takeaway again the service is really bad now.

Had absolutely delicious meal from here! I usually hate Indian takeaway, they are flavourless and samey. But the biriyani was scrummy, vegetables well spiced and tasty, we even got an extra dish thrown in for free seemingly. Only had to wait half an hour on a Friday night which is excellent. Would definitely order again from here. Such a relief to find an Indian takeaway I enjoy!

Paid £4.15 for a samosa starter. Ended up getting 2 regular sized pieces as shown in the picture. £2.75 per samosa which is absolutely ridiculous. Other food received was very average as well. Do not recommend this at all! Save your money and spend it somewhere else worthwhile
