I have used G4 since 2012 to let my property in Glasgow during that time I have had various issues reported to me that have ranged from property repairs to people and tenant issues, in every one of those issues I have had full support from Imran and the team at G4 to resolve them timeously and satisfactorily for both me and my tenants.The main thing for me is how G4 take ownership of issues reported to them irrespective of whether it is the tenant or me as the landlord they deal with it and see it through.Another important aspect is ensuring that my property is regularly inspected, maintained and kept up to date with legislation changes G4 have certainly done that and made it a lot easier for me to be a landlord.So thanks Imran and the team at G4 keep up the good work!

I have used this company for 10 years. At the time they were just starting out. I was looking for a letting agent and I had about 5 come to my home to discuss my requirements and what they could offer me. G4 were by far the friendliest and honest of them all and I immediately felt at ease with them. I have had no issues in terms of the service, bar when my 1st tenant moved out and my flat wasn't in the condition I would have expected it to be, however I would add that everyone's standards of housekeeping are different. I've had my second tenant for 7 years and not had one problem. If there is an issue at the property, I'm informed timeously and G4 have always acted on my instructions/decisions with the highest standard of professionalism. An example being last year, I had literally left hospital after surgery and I was called, on a Saturday, to be advised the boiler in my property had been condemned. I spoke with G4, they came back with a competitive price and had a new boiled installed within a week. My partner also uses G4 to manage his property, but I'll leave him to write his own review. I would definitely recommend Imran and his team. In fact, I have done in the past and 3 landlords (including my partner) have gone with G4 on my recommendation. Keep up the great work guys. Total value for money.

Allowed landlord to serve me a notice of leave and then remarket property a month later for a higher rent. Didn't ask once if I would pay a higher rent or mention it was an option. Notice was provided in October meaning I had until January so was unable to buy any Xmas gifts for anyone due to being forced to save for a new deposit elsewhere. Turned my life upside down for an extra £75 a month. Despicable. Told me they would also look for properties for me whilst I was searching but had nothing in response then was told to check their site for any. Time as a tenant wasn't the worst, good rapport with Keith but beyond disappointing that my suspicions were confirmed regarding the landlord being greedy and wanting a higher rent.

I have been a very pleased tenant for over two years and I couldn't be more satisfied. The agency always answered quickly and promptly (and patiently) my calls or emails and was able to address any concern, issue or repair on time, professionally and effectively. Inspections and other visits were agreed in advance and with the highest respect of my own availability, and they really care for the good state of the flat, in the tenant's own interest. Any step of the renting application, moving in and moving out has been clear and efficient. I wish every agency in Glasgow was as competent as they are.

Awesome to deal with.. I stayed with them for years until i moved out of country. Anytime there was any problems/ flat maintenance.. they were straight on the ball.. not that there were many problems. Best letting agents I've ever dealt with.. pay your rent on time, look after the property and they will treat you like gold dust.I hope to be dealing with them again if I move back into country5 stars

Leased a commercial unit via G4 and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great communication from start to finish, understanding and professional. Would 100% recommend them.

G4 Properties was the perfect deal for me. Airbnb and Hotels are to expensive when you go over a couple weeks, and for just a few months, renting an apartment wasn't worth it. Flat mates were always easy going and respectful, management was always available and the quality of the place was great.

Was nervous to use an agency for my apartment, but ive been put to complete comfort and ease with G4 Properties. I have been pleasantly surprised and happy with their management and how swiftly they have placed a suitable tenant into my property and arranged for all small fixes to be done with no headaches for me.

Great service and always reliable. They managed my flat for several years after I moved to America. The tenants that they placed were never a problem and rents were always timeous. Necessary repairs were carried out to a high standard and correspondence with the Council was up to date. Imran and everyone at G4 are very good at what they do.
