Asda Minworth Supercentre
It's one of my favorite super markets.Although the ''Accessorize'' store inside the market does not have as many discounts during the season as other markets, for example, the one in the airport does.Yet another story I bought a white shoe and planned to exchange it the next day since i felt it was too small when I got home. The employee refused to make any changes. After I contacted the company of the problem, they promptly sent me a voucher. Because it is my right to change it in accordance with the policy, and I did not wear it. The market itself has really helpful workers, and it's a lot of fun to go shopping there.

Awful experience at purchasing a microwave via on line.55 minutes wait to collect. microwave returned apparently and refund being arranged??? No on line facilities to make a complaint. Never will I buy on line again. I'll go elsewhere.

I give a middle of the road rating. It’s big, it’s got a petrol station , plenty of parking and a inside McDonalds and Costa. These are the pluses. Personally I preferred the old Asda cafe upstairs. However it is beaten in price by Lidl and Aldi on some items , hence I go somewhere else. It exists and people come and go , but I prefer somewhere else with other shops nearby .

Was harassed by a security guard, followed me to my car, and wanted to see what I had bought. I showed him my receipt, and he had looked and counted my items and went back in he knew messed up. The first thing he said to me was. Is that your car, make more money than the store manager felt disrespected and bullied by a guy who couldn't even read or had a decent job in his life especially didn't finish school. Clearly, a racial profiling.Tall black skinny bold with glasses wearing black came up to me. See him always by the entrance or at self checkoutandhis mate also came out but didn't approach he was white tan skinned, tall, built brown hair wore a hi vis jacketAsda worst place to go shopping, and they would hire a child if they could. Stick with tesco sainsbury's aldi better and safe for the family and kids

I am getting really tired of complaing that your website STILL says you've got a cafe!!! You havent had one for several years.People visiting for the free child meals in holidays are being conned.I spoke to a member of staff last week who said even the staff dont have a cafe.Costa and McDonalds are NOT a cafe.Take it off the website

Asda Minworth Supercentre
It's like a regular supermarket, but bigger. I've been to many supermarkets, this is the biggest. Is it the best? Who knows? However, exercise fans will testify that in this massive store, there is a reasonable chance you'll burn more calories walking than you end up buying so in many ways the shop is as mich as a gymnasium as it is a supermarket.

Asda Minworths online ordering has been horrendous as of late. What they decide to substitute our items with has almost become become a weekly joke in our house as to how bad and bizarre some of the replacements are.This is not really the main reason for the review, The 1 star is because we have seen a massive increase in the amount of out of date food we have received recently including a toddlers meal.This week we put in a 2 pound refund request due to our mince pies being out of date. We included a photo on top of the invoice. This got rejected and in the comments stated we have taken into account your refund history"This is just downright offensive.How about sort your picking staff out rather than sticking your fingers up to the people who spend thousands of pounds a year at your store."

Very disappointed when I went to Asda Minworth yesterday, was not able to purchase a returned item, that was just 'me', My size, colour & an item I felt I would get a lot of ware out of it. It was a summer, open front flimsy over jacket.I am 88 so at sale price was within my reach.I cannot get to store often, only with a lift down there. With these rules they are doing them selves out of sales of items.

Many years ago this was a Carrefour with free samples spread throughout the store. Asda followed suit for quite a few years, but sadly this hospitality seems to have disappeared.Quite an impressive store though, with plenty of small businesses operating in there.Non essential retailing all good here, if you can't buy clothes, birthday cards, flowers elsewhere.
