Worse doctors surgery in sheffield. Never any appointments phone line is apparently busy" yet if your lucky enough to get a appointment the phone never rings whilst your in the surgery. The staff are having affairs with each other. Theres more of a professional atmosphere in a nursery class from the children. Complete failure of the public and local people"

Try to get booked in for the past 2 weeks, constantly saying they are full yet I drive past and it's completely empty, blaming covid for absolutely everything. Before the doctors merged together it was a good place to be registered at now it's a complete joke, the place needs shutting down as they do not care about their patients what so ever.

Before merging with Park medical centre this Doctors surgery was really good, now it is shocking. Almost impossible to get through on the phone and even harder to get an appointment. Quiite a few doctors have left, says it all really. Will be moving to a new surgery.

I have been with this surgery for 14 years, over the past year it's gotten really bad and worse since they merged with park hill. I rang a few weeks ago for an appointment for my daughter as her ears had gone funny from getting them pierced, the receptionist told me I had to wait a month for an appointment I told her that wasn't good enough so she told me to take my daughter to A&E, I'm not wasting hospital time for something a gp or nurse could easily sort out. Rang today for an appointment for my 5 year old as he's had a bad chest with high temp for a few days and now has conjunctivitis the receptionist told me she did have appointments but wasn't willing to give my son one and told me to take him to see a pharmacist, I have just picked up forms for a new surgery. My advice for anyone thinking of joining this doctor's surgery is AVOID at all costs.

I cannot even get past the voicemail. Once I have pressed '1' just like the voicemail said, the voicemail starts over. I was stuck in that loop for 40 minutes before I had finally given up and ended the call. This GP has been useless to me and has done nothing but make my already severe mental health worse. They never had the patients well being in mind, especially if they are younger than retirement age.I will be changing GPs soon. This medical centre is the biggest joke to exist.

The only doctors I've ever used, time has now come to move on.I've never seen such mess with the organisation of this medical centre, it's a joke, I'm sure there actually breaking some kind of care guidelines or something. No one follows anything up, no one cares, no one is bothered.They should be ashamed of themselves, even the local pharmacy is saying something is wrong they shouldn't be acting this way, and should be audited from the NHS or outside company to find out why it is such a shambles,I for one will be moving.

Sick of trying to get an appointment at any of the surgeries, receptionist are qualified to give advice ?? I dont think so .Had blood tests done after stopping one of my blood pressure tablets still waiting for results and to find out if they are ever going to change my tablet , that's if I ever get to speak to someone qualified!! Blood pressure is up and suffering with headaches and migraine but that still doesn't warrant an appointment, can anyone recommend a GP practice close that I can change to ??

Phone line is absolutely terrible - line can only hold 6 people at a time. Tried calling from 08:00 to cancel an appointment scheduled for 08:30 so someone else could go to it, didn't manage to get through until 08:40. They really need to update their phone system or have another individual on a separate line who is able to deal with pre-booked appointments/cancellations. Some of the doctors at the practice can also be a little cold or rude and the waiting times during the drop in clinics (good idea btw) can be quite long due to individuals whom need lengthy appointments due to chronic conditions being unable to get appointments and dropping into these clinics instead.

Do not go here if you value your health.I have been part of this practice since an infant. I have had chronic bowels issues since being 1 years old and they never referred me to Gastroenterology, even when I was 13 years old and bleeding due to passing stool. Finally, at 22, (after suggesting myself to be referred to Gastroenterology) I am seeing Gastroenterology to solve these issues, no thanks to this negligent GPs Surgery. It turns out i have IBS-C, which requires different treatments to what they have been giving me all my life. Similarly, I started having seizures in 2016 and they worsened earlier this year - due to a referall (I had to arrange) neurology are going to run tests to verify my condition, which again was neglected by the surgery for years.Do not go here if you value your health.
