Great service from Stuart Hill in Oxford depot - nothing was too much trouble for him. He spent a lot of time explaining the product and making sure the order was complete.Delivery arrived exactly on time. Good communication at all times.One door was the wrong size (dimensions not the same as the label) - quickly rectified.

Today I designed and bought my kitchen from Stuart Hill in your botley rd branch. His customer service and knowledge was second to none! From the minute we walked in to the minute we left, mum and I were looked after. I am so excited to get my new kitchen and I would HIGHLY recommend Stuart to anyone wanting a new kitchen.

We had a really great experience with Wren and in particular our designer Stuart Hill, who was always incredibly helpful, attentive, super patient and proactive in suggesting alternative design ideas for our kitchen. We had a tight renovation timeline and Stuart helped to get our kitchen delivered in a short time, which we also really appreciated. Thank you, Stuart :)

My Partner and I got a kitchen drawn up by Stuart, one of the designers at the Oxford store, prior to our move to Cornwall. Stuart assured us we could do all of our designing and decisions remotely once we moved through him. Once we had the initial design, we needed to wait until we moved in January to begin the kitchen fitting process and finalise designs. Stuart persistently called us, heavily pushing deals and seemingly not listening to our current situation. After the second time of us politely reminding him that we aren't in the position to move forward until we are in the house (but are still very keen to proceed) he stated I'll just remove your design then" in somewhat of a frustrated tone. This is a great shame because we loved the design he had made for us but its safe to say that we will not being using Wren Oxford for our design due to his pushy

Good design, value for money with quality cabinets/counter top etc. Delivered on time. Recommended fitter was helpful, courteous and professional. Communication between Wren & myself and Wren & fitter was excellent.

Arrived at Wren with a very vague idea of how we wanted our new kitchen to look, only to leave with a design and render of our perfect kitchen thanks to Edona.They came out and measured our kitchen twice, once before we had a supporting wall taken down and then again afterwards at no extra cost and also designed the units around a few existing appliances we already had without trying to upsell anything. Friendly and non-pushy approach to kitchen designing.Can't wait for the fitting in January 2024.

We have recently purchased and installed our new kitchen from Wren in Oxford and couldn’t be happier. From our first showroom visit where we met our designer Stuart Hill the process has been quick and easy. Stuart helped us design the layout and requirements for a great looking and practical kitchen. Even with a couple of small bumps along the way Stuart was at hand to help resolve quickly and efficiently.While obviously we won’t be looking for another kitchen for some time, I would not hesitate to recommend Wren and in particular Stuart to friends and family.

Bought our kitchen from Oxford Wren and I’m so happy we went with them, the quality of service we received from the team was unmatched. They really care about what they’re doing and the kitchen we got in the end is so perfect, it was everything we wanted and more!

We decided to get a new kitchen fitted and we went to several different kitchen showrooms, including Wren in Oxford.We were very impressed with the service we got from Wren. Our kitchen designer Shuaib was nothing short of amazing.On our first visit we spent 3 hours with him talking through what we wanted and he got to work on the design and layout of our kitchen. His knowledge and input was excellent he made some good recommendations and put our concerns to bed.We felt at ease and where not rushed at any stage. Our second visit with Shuaib was just as important and we made a few more alterations to the design. Shuaib was more than happy to make the changes as he wanted us to be happy with the final design.We were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost of the Wren quote was compared to other leading kitchen providers.We ordered the kitchen and requested delivery within 14 days which was a tight timeline. Wren did not let us down the delivery arrived as scheduled and everything was delivered with nothing damaged.The units all come pre maid with doors that click into place no drilling or cutting needed. My kitchen fitter said it was a dream to fit. The kitchen itself is solid with deep cupboards and softly closing as standard.We are so pleased that we went with Wren.The entire process from booking an appointment with a designer to booking subsequent appointments was seamless.The Wren app is fantastic and easy to use.Shuaib followed up even after the delivery to make sure that we were happy and if there was anything else that they could do.Overall a fantastic service and excellent price and a high quality kitchen. I highly recommend Wren Kitchens.

Myself and my partner are first time buyers and found Stuart Hill super helpful and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new kitchen.Stuart was extremely informative, patient and thorough from walking us through the many options available right down to the smaller details that we didn't even think of!Stuart has a brilliant eye for detail and we couldn't thank him enough for his time.If you're looking for a new kitchen or for someone to breakdown the process for you and help to design from scratch Stuart should be your go- to person!
