Lovely people, reassuring, sent someone out within a couple of hours. They took the owl in an animal ambulance, to be looked after until they would release it back within the same area. So impressed. Don't know what we'd have done without them.</div>

She was so calm and concerned yet came up with brilliant ideas to make sure the cub was safe and could be retrieved by the mum that night.So glad we were able to reunite them and thanks Jenn you were great!</div>
