What a strange rather creepy shop. Like witnessing the tricotters at the guillotine on France. They had nothing useful, no advice didn't move from their seats. Couldn't get out quick enough.

I love this shop, it has an extensive range of cross stitch, lace making and knitting supplies with a wealth of knowledge of these crafts from both Jane and Tim. I thoroughly recommend you give it a visit.

I've been in this shop many, many times over the years and Jane, the owner, is so helpful. Any questions I've had she has been able to answer. I wish I lived closer so I could go more often. I love this little island of sanity . Whenever I need ( or just want ) to get my craft fix, in I pop. Absolutely 10/10One other thing, unlike another reviewer, I have NEVER smelled cigarette smoke in there. Maybe they were smelling a previous customer?
