Excellent company, spent time with Bilal going through different options for our new build. He was very pleasant to deal with and knew a lot about the different ranges. We ended up purchasing some high end product and the prices were very competitive. After sales has been very good, we had a slight issue with one of our products and Bilal got on it straight away and dealt with it accordingly.Will recommend the business to anyway in the future as they were refreshing to deal with

BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!My husband and I bought 3tables from this company and when they arrived they were flat packed. We did not expect this as this was not explained to us in the shop . I phoned the shop quite upset at the fact that has we known they were flat packed we would not have bought them the owner then said that did I expect them for free being assembled!!! I said I expected them to be assembled as we saw them in the shop assembled and no one said otherwise he carried on being really cheeky I had to tell him his customer services needed to be worked on , getting nowhere I hung up. I started to build the tables and there were 18 parts missing I phone immediately to go on answer phone and left a message no one has got back to me . It is now over a week and still no response. I got one of my own engineers to get the parts to put it together. The first time I went to the shop and it will certainly be the last !!

I found this company on line. I was looking for a particular coffee table and there it was. It was also the best price. I rang Morale Glasgow and they could order it. I went ahead with the order. My coffee table arrived much sooner than expected which was great. I live in Southern England it was delivered free of charge. It was packed extremely well. I just love it. The company was great I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you

First time here on Saturday and although they didn't have exactly what we were looking for they still had great choice of Garden furniture as well as for the home. Can't wait to return as had my eye on a few bits!

Bought a coffee table and side table and it was delivered at the end of November, when my husband was building them up he noticed on the coffee table that there was scratches on the chrome base, there was also damage to the marble top as these were delivered in sealed boxes direct from the supplier Morale would not have seen these problems prior to delivery.We contacted Morale to complain and they sent out a member of staff who agreed 100% that there were issues that needed to be resolved.We agreed that a new table would be ordered but as it was closing in on the holiday period that it would be changed in the new year, and they would also build the table fully in there warehouse before delivery so that it could be checked.As agreed within the first week in January we had a call to agree a install date this was completed and we are 100% happy with our new tables, and it is nice nowadays to have an issue resolved to our satisfaction.

Truly awful company, delivered faulty items, refused to replace the correct parts or to give a refund - DO NOT ORDER from this company

I placed an order in the middle of lock down. It after a few weeks delay and like other reviews a few emails I am guessing because of Covid came. The quality is amazing we are very happy with the set and to be fair they were the only company after a long search that had anything decent in stock. I have read the reviews and yes they were poor on communications & delivery but in all honesty I do believe they are trying their best in these difficult times. I thought I would leave this review as I have a company and I know that some people only leave reviews when something goes wrong. My advise to this company is to contact all of your customers to get them to leave reviews when things go right which I am guessing is most of the time seeing you only have 7 reviews with 50% good meaning you have a low score. I did order from them again I would contact them 1st to confirm the delivery date before buying avoiding any upset. Would have given 4 stars as the delay was a little worrying however I think given everything that is happening it is understandable.

We bought 4 chairs which required assembly. The young man stayed over 3hrs. I could not fault him. Courteous, hard working a complete perfectionist. A welcome change. Would definitely recommend the company.

After confirming delivery details on phone proceeded to order an outdoor dining set online in early April with end of May delivery. No update recieved and on chasing at end of May was found we'd been pushed back two months for delivery to the end of July. Customer service poor, explanation made was we missed the cut off". Wouldnt recommend

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!bought 3 sets of garden furniture sets. Took almost £500 out of my bank account and only sent me 1set. After weeks of chasing up, they finally sent the remaining 2 even though I asked them to cancel it and refund my money asap. Communication is almost non existent with this company! Spent my own money and returned the items however they dared to refuse the delivery of the item for god knows why!Now I have no product or my refund!Zero customer serviceJUST SIMPLY SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE or you will end up regretting it. Absolute shambles of a company
