I’ve visited Bristol Bonsai many times and found Jon to be very knowledgeable & friendly i have bought all my trees from Jon and have had many 1 to 1s with him learning about bonsai i would recommend Jon to anyone who is starting out or who just wants to grow there collection 5 stars from me. Great selection even in the off season. Run by a very helpful man who is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about bonsai. He was happy to talk to us for as long as we wanted, even though we arrived close to the closing time. He also offered a great aftercare service. Definitely recommended.

After experiencing Jon's friendly customer service through email advice several times, I had a great one-to-one session with him for pruning the branches and roots of my first bonsai tree. The mix of hands-on learning and information was very instructive and fun. Jon clearly cares about trees and is enthused about supporting his customers with their trees. I highly recommend Bristol Bonsai.

Great customer service from Jon at Bristol Bonsai. This is now my 7th tree first from Bristol Bonsai and it's by far the most beautiful and well kept tree of my ever growing collection. Extreamly quick delivery and the tree came in perfect condition couldn't ask for more.

I purchased 2 Bonsai Tree's yesterday and the owner so very kindly delivered them to my door the same day, with complete communication throughout.Pictures to follow but; I bought 2 small Bonsai Tree gift set's, they're absolutely beautiful.Thank you for your wonderful and kind service Jon, can't wait to see the look on the giftee's face tomorrow :)

I would not use any other bonsai company, I have had five trees from them this year alone great advice and communication and the trees are stunning. Jon definitely knows his stuff and is always very quick to answer any questions, I recommend you give them a try I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
