First time shopping here, they have lots to offer and reasonably priced.However, the lady serving was very rude and miserable. An older aged lady with short white hair, didn't say a word to us when paying even after we said hello you alright to her, and thank you. Very poor communication and lacking basic manners.

The loyalty scheme is a fraud. I bought £65 worth of bits. When I got to the till and the store assistant entered my loyalty card details, an offer popped up on the screen for sliced pigs ears 99p. I got 3 bags. Then a male assistant told me the offer was wrong and refused to allow me to have the offer, I questioned why not and just said its wrong and wouldn't discuss it any further. I later emailed customer services and hot no reply. So the loyalty points scheme is not worth the card it's printed on. Bad customer service.

Nice place for pet food I was Only passing on a Sunday an needed food for my sons cockteil an they had food for all the love birds, good low prices too, looked at stuff for cats too, so will definitely be back, customer service was great to, very helpful an polite
