Popeyes Gym

I've been to a few gyms in the area and this gym is by far the best friendly staff nice atmosphere. You don't feel intimated or feel that you've got to pay for advice like other gyms. I've only been this morning and already my passion for training has come back and can't wait to go again.

First time going, proper old skool gym with loads of equipment going to enjoy training here

Once I had my little man I decided I needed to get back into the gym asap! Needed a change of scenery and the standard commercial gyms weren’t an option because the atmosphere is usually dead in there!So I joined Popeyes and it’s a top quality gym! No waiting round for a machine, everything is spaced out so you aren’t training on top of someone else or getting in anyones way! Staff are super friendly and I’m a beginner in training anything other than legs and shoulders so if I’ve needed help with a machine or an exercise then Ive always been able to ask for it where as previous gyms I haven’t felt like I could.This gym is definitely for anyone who is new to the gym, wants to begin in a gym and is definitely for women too!

Great gym £5 day pass. Loads of equipment, free weights, machines. Proper bodybuilding gym. Would definitely come back here and highly recommend it. Facilities clean and staff friendly.

Been training here for 6 years now and it's still the best gym I've been in.Management are really friendly, helpful and always giving tips to get the best out of your training.The equipment is great and clean. Plenty of room to do your workout even during busy times.In the years I've been training here I've met some great people and friends for life. Idiots are shown the door :)Keep up the good work guys
