Goddard Veterinary Group, Ewell

Absolutely fantastic practice!Very professional , very knowledgeable and educational.Was very worried about my cat feeling unwell, was reassured, the cat got excellent attention by both of the ladies who work there. I wish I had taken down names, but honestly excellent place!

Our rescue beagle has a long memory. This time last year during her post spay check up, I wasn't allowed in. I suspect in trying to remove the dressing, she was hurt and now she won't let anyone touch her. I requested I was present in the examination room and this was allowed. It didn't make much of a difference and she wouldn't even let the vet touch her with the stethoscope. Both the vet and the nurses offered her treats, which she was happy to take, but she wasn't going to let them touch her in any other way. We have been encouraged to pop in to weigh her and say hello to the nurses, which is very good of the team.

My two senior pets and kitten are all under the care of Goddard Vets in Ewell. I have been so impressed with how much they care about their patients, and their willingness to discuss any worries I have in depth without feeling like i'm being rushed on. When i've had concerns about my seniors following procedures, they've always been willing to do a follow-up health check (without charging me!) to make sure there's nothing additional going on. I highly recommend them and feel very safe with my pets under their excellent care.

Sadly my dear beagle had to be put to sleep yesterday. The Ewell practice are amazing. Janine was trying to deal with phones ringing, dogs barking and many emergencies but she did this brilliantly. Nurse Jane was doing her best to attend to many pets single handed . Our vet Ellie was amazing, I have never met such a kind and understanding vet in my life and I will be truly grateful to her for the rest of my life. The care, empathy and compassion we received will always be remembered and I thank you all from the bottom of my ❤️.

We've had a lovely experience with Goddards. Everyone there has been kind and helpful, we've not struggled to get an appointment like you sometimes do, and they have taken care of our pet rats really well. Special thanks to Ellie, who performed 2 surgeries on our rats which dramatically improved their quality of life. It makes such a difference when the vet seems as happy to see your pets as you are!

Vets at Goddard Veterinary Group have been really friendly, knowledgeable and patient.My guinea pig got an abscess and I was recommended another vet which was very far and expensive when compared to the ones at Ewell. However, I found this veterinary centre from the guinea pig forum.When I took my guinea pig to Godard Ewell vets first time they immediately started the right treatment and were very helpful with emergency follow-ups. One of the big advantages is that they have 3 exotic vets at the clinic so I was able to get emergency exotic vet appointments on the same day. They see guinea pigs regularly which makes them reliable for the right treatment.My guinea pig has recovered very well. I highly recommend them. Thanks a lot. Brilliant profession and competent dentist who even took out and put back my cheek piercings! Was very surprised at how well it was done :) Did brilliant xrays and was really considerate towards my eating disorder which have ruined my teeth and she was supportive in my path to recover and keep up my recovery from bulimia. Really happy I went there and looking forward to the treatment plan tailored to my teeth and needs.

The reception team were friendly & very helpful. The vet who looked after my cat was lovely, explained everything clearly and helped answer all of my questions.I am happy they have offered a Proactive pet plan now that you receives discounts with once signed up making care for your beloved pets more affordable.
