These guys have just completed a brand new central heating system, new boiler and fitted my dream bathroom. Sam and Adam have been excellent, they went out of their way to make sure that our speedy renovation stayed on track. Matt’s knowledge and advice on all elements has been amazing, the finish is absolutely spot on they all went over and above to get us in our new home for Christmas. We can’t thank them enough, we wouldn’t use anyone else.

Dorrington Plumbing and Heating converted my old tired bathroom into a modern shower room. It was a complete renovation including new sanitary wear, tiling and flooring. When I think about the best businesses I encounter, Dorrington's are at the top. It's not Apple or Google or any big annoying corp, it's the local plumber. I have zero hesitations in recommending them to anyone who asks me for a recommendation. I wish I could copy their diligence, helpfulness and professionalism across every business I use. We had a problem with our built in shower which nobody was interested in repairing. We then found Dorrington Plumbing. Matt came along and repaired the unit for us. Matt is polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. We are so happy to have our shower working again after a year!! We highly recommend this company and will not hesitate in using them again. About 2 weeks ago our water flow was suddenly very poor through our water softener, although our drinking water flow was good. I emailed Rachel at Dorringtons. Matt came same afternoon and bypassed the softener which gave good flow. He advised a new softener as the old one was fitted many years ago! We had a new softener fitted on Monday. Dan fitted it with no mess whatever and it works perfectly. We are delighted with it and, as always, Dorringtons are efficient and tidy and so pleasant to deal with. In the past they have fitted a new bathroom and new boiler and I would strongly recommend them without hesitation.

Great service again from Dorrington this year (we had boilers serviced and a gas safety certificate issued). Communication with Rachel in the office is always efficient and clear. Matt is friendly and knowledgeable and happy to answer our questions - he arrives on time for appointments and does a very thorough job each time - and everything is clean and tidy when he leaves. We receive annual reminders when our services/GSC are due which is great as it's one less thing to have to remember! And their prices are very reasonable too! We highly recommend them.
