Rick and the team have been invaluable in assisting with the property rental, especially considering we have an international move. They are responsive and have given us confidence in the move.

Sadly not a good experience - Communication is poor and at times abrupt. Arranged to view one of their properties to let and travelled a long way, due to relocating to the area. Was expecting to meet just the agent Rick at the property and was not told in advance that the 2 male landlords would also be attending the viewing - So was met with 3 men, Which for a single female was quite intimidating. The property was advertised as furnished or unfurnished, with a garage, however one of the landlords confronted me that the garage would NOT be included with the tenancy and that they would also require use of another additional room in the property for storage of their furniture.The viewing was extremely rushed and I was almost forced out of the door, within 10 mins of arriving. Despite their being issues with available space for furniture, and no space for fridge freezer or tumble dryer etc, I was told that I could have no use whatsoever of ANY of the garage space, which is a large double garage, and was told again that if I wanted any space in the garage, I would have to pay an additional £800 per month, which is the amount they claim it would cost the landlords for storage of their furniture, despite the fact that their furniture could be stored professional for less than £100 per month.Following this, it took over 30 emails trying to reasonably negotiate with them. They insisted that the landlords would require access at any time" into the garage / property

Rick was amazing from the day we met! We were new to the area and he took the time to show us several properties in one day, before we settled for the one we have now lived in happily for 3 years.During this time both him and his team have been professional and prompt with any and all matters relating to the property.I have no hesitation in recommending Rick and his company for all landlords and genuine tennents. Our plan was always to buy our own home again ,since returning from France, but we stayed in this property managed by Capitol Lettors very satisfied until this was achieved. The manager is absolutely incompetent. We were looking for a house, and the manager couldn't even offer anything. I got the impression that a person does not hear what is being said to her at all. Absolutely unpleasant impression. Can't recommended, because not professional service.

Our home has just been let by Capitol Lettors. I can't rate this company high enough. Rick and his associates are always polite, helpful and very, very efficient.
