The rooms are nice and spacious clean and comfortable. My biggest negatives are the prices in the bar. It cost £5 for a pint of coke.My other negative is the breakfast.It’s a self serve style which is fine, but why the tiny plates.

Receptionists not welcoming ( at least the one which served us), I was refused a second complimentary toothbrush because I misplaced the first one (haha). Coffee machine out of service, sauna out of service, needed to ask to refill the disposable cups for drinking water in the reception twice. Can of coca cola/sprite from the reception is over £3.Cleaniness is good.Rooms outdated. The AC is not working, even if you put it on 11’C (!!!!) still boiling hot in rooms and no way to cool it down as windows not opening just like in any chain hotel ( understandable- health and safety). Bedding is clean, pillows comfy. Double bed is “small double” so not comfortable for two people.Breakfast (£14 or £16 on the day) is poor. Would not even pay £5 for such a poor selection, but the ladies in the canteen ( can’t call it a restaurant) were lovely.No personal touch, very chain atmosphere. Reception/hall nice, rooms too outdated for 4 stars. Pool outdated, showers in the pool rusty.You need to pay for the parking!!!!Would come back only if nothing else available, but overall did not enjoy.

Definitely one of the best places I ever stayed in. The room was so spacious. Refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning. The only flaw was the AC that wasn't chilling enough. The reception looked really beautiful. The reception staff were very helpful. Parking was easily sorted. Got a very nice coffee from the coffee machine in the morning. Had a really restful night here

We came for a conference and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The location is great, it has a tesco very close, the hotel is very convenient I liked the coffee machine and the gym which I used a lot and it was great, they have water and fresh towels, the pool area has a sauna and it decent. The bed is very comfortable, the rooms big, unfortunately I will give 4 starts because the staff that work there are very rude and angry I didn't have a good interaction with them 2 grumpy lady's to be specific, hotel could be cleaner I was thinking about 3 stars but I think Its worth of 4 since is not many options to compare there.The staff is rude so be aware.

Price was on the higher end, but there were issues with the room I wouldn't expect - there was a drawer in our room that had a mind of its own and wouldn't remain closed. Husband clocked his shin on it a couple of times before we resorted to putting the chair in front of it. Door handle to the bathroom also had loose screws coming out - managed to push those back in but it meant the handle was a bit unreliable and wobbly.Pool is ok - nothing special. Nice to have a splash and use the steam room but pretty basic facility. Nothing special really.Breakfast was buffet style and things had been clearly left out for a while - bacon was tough etc. that kind of thing. But was edible with additional options you could order if you wanted them.

Been in many many 4 star Hotels in the area, this was one of the best, clean and very nice, breakfast was NOT the best with generic cheap sausages ( some in the area use local produce which is better)The bar closed at 10:30 PM which confused many guests.But over all. nice place for a stay, plenty of parking.

Nice airport hotel less than a 10 minute drive from Gatwick, but in quiet location. Nothing really within easy walking distance from the hotel.The hotel itself is pleasant and stylish. Rooms are nice but the family room for me and my family was a bit on the cramped side. The bathroom was a bit plain but I appreciated the excellent shower that gives you all the water you need and then some! The room had everything one would expect in terms of amenities.There is a parking lot right outside the hotel doors although the spaces are tiny even by UK standards. Service was courteous and efficient.My room rate included a nice breakfast buffet with a full array of hot and cold foods. There is also a wonderful espresso machine in the lobby for a coffee to start the day. The hotel has a gym and pool area but I didn't use them.Overall I was impressed with this hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I was looking for a place to stay near Gatwick Airport.

Stayed here for one night on a tour. Impressive building and so was the room with two double beds, 8 pillows, decoration pillows, and piles of towels. The shower is okay, but not very clean. The inside of the drawers is not clean at all. Cups and kettle covered with dust. The bedding and towels are clean and the bed is comfortable. A/c powerful but leaked so much water into the room that I needed to cover the carpet with 3 huge towels. Friendly staff, insane prices at the bar. Dinner is a shame and breakfast ok. Food quality and quantity certainly depend on the price they agreed upon with the tour operator. For the rooms, I have seen prices as high as £190 for a double room ex breakfast. Am sure the tour operator paid half. All in all a pleasant stay.

So you slip off the motorway and arrive at a very welcoming entrance.Olia on reception with her welcoming smile. I thought I was in Monte Carlo for a second. Very helpful on check-in and all my other questions. Iron in the room, ice, where’s the bar ???Breakfast was plentiful, I love it when eggs are cooked correctly and the black pudding was Flown in from heaven I’m sure.Lovely staff, including Helpful Libby too. My second stay there, lovely people.Mr. Laviniere.

Sandman Signature London Gatwick Hotel
I booked a night at the Sandman Signature Hotel Gatwick for my husbands Birthday and Olia on reception went above and beyond decorating the room with balloons and adding a few treats which was so lovely and made my husband’s Birthday. We enjoyed having an evening swim in the swimming pool and the buffet breakfast was yummy. I definitely recommend this hotel
