After so many let downs, Ben responded very quickly, did a fantastic job for an electrical extension in my garden for my outdoor kitchen, visited my garden to assess everything when he said he would , just perfect so will be using him all the time going forward.

Outstanding job completed by Midland Electrics.Recently moved house and we were looking for a quick install for an EV charge point; having contacted prior to the move Ben talked us through our options, understanding our desire to move to Solar in the future and recommending some chargers that would future proof us for this. He then contacted us the day after our move and offered to take a look and discuss placement (including considering where any batteries would be placed in the future) and confirm the work. His flexibility to support us quickly was brilliant and he came back on a day that suited us to complete the work. He worked with us to keep the quote competitive (as a new fuse board was also required) and contacted us on the morning of the appointment to confirm arrival time. Ben was friendly and communicative through the whole process and kept the downtime for the electric to be off to a minimum as we were both working from home on the day of the install. The work carried out was completed to a great standard and completely tidy after completion; he then talked me through how to setup and use both the charger and its app and provided all the required documentation the same day. I will always utilise Midlands Electric moving forward due to their quick correspondence, quality of workmanship and competitive pricing.
