First Class professional, very informative, yet friendly personal service. The follow up service and support has been excellent. I was fitted with Evolve Ai 2400 hearing aids in July, never having used hearing aids and app before, so the support through the transition to using them has delivered an excellent result for me. Starkey's product is excellent and I look forward to transitioning, later this year, to the next generation system, the Starkey Genesis Ai system and totally new app.

The Audiologist and staff at the Bridgend centre were so helpful providing me with useful information despite the fact my situation is chronic sinusitis! I would highly recommend this branch in Bridgend as they go above and beyond.

Attended an appointment on 21 Sep 23 to seek advice on suspected and annoying tinnitus. Mal was fantastic - he picked up on other issues through various tests and discussions and found an immediate solution for me - along with a promise on ongoing support. Brilliant - thank you.

Wonderful service , I had both ears cleaned today after being a week unable to hear properly, Had ear wax removed, the staff were very helpful and even offered to clean my NHS hearing aids save waiting for a hospital appointment, I have had it done before in a well known high street store, it’s cheaper, but the personal service is nowhere near as good , highly recommended

Very helpful. I initially went to have ear wax removal, but was told that I had an infection so was advised to ask GP for antibiotics and return once the infection had cleared. I made another appointment and was then advised that the infection had cleared and there was just a small amount of ear wax present, which meant that I didn't need the removal. They could easily have given me the treatment and then charged me for it. I wouldn't have known that I didn't need it. Very friendly staff I would definitely recommend them.

Very friendly and accommodating (called in on the off chance and I was seen to within 20 minutes). The Audiologist was excellent, I entered the premises with no hearing in my left ear and, in what only seemed like only 5 minutes, she had painlessly removed the wax and my hearing was back to normal.I would definitely recommend South Wales Hearing Health

Absolutely excellent service. Mal helped my daughter more than I could ever have imagined. She had hearing loss in both ears and is now the proud owner of Evolv hearing aids which have helped her massively. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
