Always had great service until today. Trying to get and asthma review appointment is ridiculous! Now done over the phone, pointless and explanation given was, “things change”. Certainly not for the better I might add.

One of the worst dr surgers 2 hours to book a appoitment and even then I can’t get routine check up because all appoitments are made on the day. This is a joke a really disgusting surgery and the staff are soo bad

Since becoming a patient 3 months ago I've been impressed with all the staff and clinicians and feel cared for and listened too in the demands on Surgery time. My Annual Health check was so thorough and excellent and the GPs have taken my health concerns seriously

These doctors are a joke you can never get an appointment and the reception staff are so rude and ignorant. I rang up in crisis with my mental health to be told ring back tomorrow and when I said I needed to speak to a doctor she told me not to swear. Which I wasn’t she then hung up. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. The whole surgery is a joke ! And treat people awful I know so many people that have moved due to the ignorant reception staff ! They need train on compassion and how to speak to people properly

It’s sad that this surgery is in the state it is. If you call the phone lines you are guaranteed a significant wait. You can only book telephone appointments and half the time they won’t ring for more than a couple of seconds. Seemingly so that their records show they’ve made the outbound call whilst not leaving it long enough for the patient to answer the call. I most recently got 3 calls in the space of 10 seconds, which is disgusting. I’ve also had to wait 3 weeks for a form to be left at the front desk for me to collect. Organisation is poor and they clearly don’t have the means to meet the demands of the number of patients they have.

Wait times are atrocious, but that's expected at this point. The staff however... you have been 50/50 gamble over whether a doctor will contact you that has sympathy, or will speak over you, dismiss your concerns, and not listen to what you have to say. All while having a condescending tone. I am appaled. I try to describe what solution I would like and I literally got spoken OVER for them to say please give me a second I'm busy. Then not following up what I was saying and just going right done bye!"Got sent for a blood test

The worst ever surgery to deal with. Been on phone since 8.30. Calls are either ignored or calls dropped. When you do get through your told to go hospital. Hospital says go to the doctors. Absolute disgrace. Glad I moved over to holycroft. Will be moving my parents over. The doc in charge hope your happy with your ungrateful receptionists who need to learn how to talk to the public

Although it has been tricky to get appointments sorted, Pam at reception, medical practitioners Oliver and Frah have been consistently helpful and understanding which is great especially when you are not feeling well.

Struggled to get an appointment despite calling early to be told none available & unable to leave message on Patch’s as closed for the day. 5th attempt received a call back & received an appointment on the day with ANP Sarah Thomas who was truly brilliant. Using her advanced clinical skills, knowledge & experience was to my benefit and is a definite asset to the Surgery. Sarah gets 5/5 but overall experience reduced to 4/5 due to appointment system.
