I sent off a very special ring to be re-sized for £25. It came back and the amount had changed to £30 AND the gem stone had been chipped. no compensation offered. they said it was damaged before which i was sure it was not being a new piece of jewelry. i always try and support small local businesses but very upset and disappointed following this incident. i will not be returning.

I have bought items from this shop for the last 30 years. Their customer relations has never faltered, it is EXCEPTIONAL. I have bought an expensive clock and several very special items of jewellery. They have repaired watches, clocks and jewellery all to a high standard. Every time I enter the shop I am greeted with a smile and they are happy to pass on their expertise when I am looking for an item to buy! This service is not just reserved for regular customers but for all who enter their shop. They always have some unusual gifts and jewellery in stock to suit all ages, including some very well priced antique and second hand pieces. I have never left a review online before, but I feel that this shop really deserves the highest praise. If you are reading this review to see if the shop is worth a visit, IT IS!

Very Happy with the service here. Gary helped us selecting our wedding rings, he listened to what we were looking for and got samples in for us to view, they were perfect. Top notch local friendly service which is a lot nicer than going to national shops where you are just another person to walk in.

Fantastic shop in Grange. Loads of lovely gifts for children and adults and the staff always go out of their way to be helpful. I always pop in when I need presents but often can’t resist buying something for myself too!!! Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a super shop with lots of choice and excellent service.
