I am posting this review on behalf of my Mum (see below) who recently bought a stunning car from this incredible trio at Chaston's - Craig, Kevin and Kyle. Firstly, I personally cannot begin to thank you all enough for the outstanding experience you gave to my Mum when buying a car, for being such kind, friendly, genuine gentleman and for going way above and beyond. You truly are the best around and your cars are superb!! You should be so so proud. It is so worth travelling to buy a car from them (as I know many have travelled 100s of miles!). You will be bowled over by the amazing experience you will have from start to finish. My brother bought a 420d from these guys last week. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Car was as described, keys were handed over for a good look around and was told to take as long as we wanted on a test drive. Recently purchased a VW Polo automatic, Kevin was really helpful from the first phone call. He made it easy from the start. I did have a problem with a cracked suspension spring after four weeks but one phone call and repair was arranged and was sorted Craig called each step of the way.Would highly recommend them.

We drove from Guildford out to Wales on a Sunday. Kevin couldn’t have been more accommodating to meet us on a day off. We were extremely grateful for in depth videos that were sent to us beforehand. The relaxed approach helped make us feel comfortable straightaway. It really was a fantastic experience buying a car. We found the price offered very competitive.
