TC Garage

There was a oil leak on oil separator and turboairintake, hence I visited them for a repair but they were super busy which is understandable. They said someone will call me next week to book me in but they didn't and I called them to find out and again it was the same reply that someone will call me. Its been over a month now. Thank you for your beautiful service.

Honeslty couldn't thank enough these guys. Spent ages trying to fix my Audi A3 with no luck. Went to about 6 garages and no one could fix the fault. Booked in with TC garage and Aaron fixed my car in no time. Very professional, efficient and friendly service. Really good prices too

I had a remap carried out on my Audi and am very pleased with the result. The folks at TC Garage are welcoming and professional, having both experienced their customer service and observing how they dealt with customers who were coming through the door as I waited. I shall be giving them my future business, and recommending them to friends and family.

I would highly recommend TC garage, the team are friendly and approachable, been there numerous times with various issues! Im no car expert but I do love my VW, the team at TC are generous with their time and are patient, answering my numerous questions and second guesses, they always put my mind at ease. Their knowledge is superb and the customer service faultless. Thanks to TC my VW Scirocco is running and looking better than ever, they’ve nailed the maintenance over the last few years and even advised on and installed a couple of cheeky upgrades. ;)

This does include good timing.= Now I would like to give a special shout out to Sharon for kindly giving me a lift to the station that was a few miles away. Also, I would like to thank Aaron for all the times he has worked on my car. Treating my car with great care as if it was his own.Finally, to prove my point of how good the team is, I travelled about 19 miles to meet up with them to work on my engine. There is no one else who I would entrust my vehicle with, more than TC Garage. Pete is such a lovely guy who goes above and beyond to help in the best way he can. The rest of the team are equally friendly and there is no better feeling than walking away from your vehicle knowing it’s in safe hands. From updates on the progress of your vehicle; providing temporary transport (if available) while works are being carried out, to the best, honest price they can give you on the works - there’s not a lot more you can ask of the business. Thank you so much. If I could give you 6 stars, I truly would!

My experience of TC Garage and the staff have been nothing short of excellent. Its difficult to find a garage that gives you the confidence that you will get an honest appraisal of all and any issues and peace of mind they will carry out the work to a high level of care and TC Garage have always delivered on both these fronts.As a pensioner its great peace of mind I have a place I can take my Citigo to, with the knowledge its in safe hands and the customer service has been friendly, Informative and helpful in all my interactions.I would have no hesitation recommending Pete and TC Garage.

Dodgy intermittent offside front beam, needed a proper fix (much driving country lanes at night, work taking me all over Sussex). Happened to be near TC, saw good reviews, called ahead, they friendly and said bring it in. Did (btw don't do what I did and go to the left at entry, that's the Park and Ride, instead pull up to the barrier on right - with big TC Garage sign!). Pete greeted me, drove it in, replaced bulb and fully tested in 10 minutes with nominal charge. Was a total pro. If you're local or not, this clearly a garage to use. Recommended.

10/10Over the moon with the quality service provided, booked in for a cruise control retrofit and I cannot express enough how satisfied and impressed I am with the work carried out. Very attentive, friendly environment would strongly recommend this garage to absolutely everyone I know that owns a Volkswagen-Audi Group vehicle.Superb
