Very helpful and actually caring staff, especially thank you to Carmel in reception. I feel I can trust the doctors in here!

Dr A Abbas won't let the patient finish their questions. She told the patient that she only has 10 mins and stop them to further discuss any problem. In fact, the patient was there for less than 10mins. Dr A Islam is better and more professional. At least his attitude is very good and willing to listen to the patient.

Honestly the worst doctors I have been, impossible to get an appointment

I am quite satisfied with the care I received at this GP surgery. The GP gave me adequate time and was helpful. Quick and efficient staff on the phone. Thank you.

No problems at the surgery, only ever had good service, good GP/Nurse appointments and able to book at a good time.

I was registered in this surgery for about 4 years until I moved home.There was always something annoying with the appointments and all the interactions. The reception first of all are so impolite and very aggressive. Coventry is a multi national city and not everyone knows about the NHS routes and routines, most of the times the question were taken with some kind of aggression and the term you should know". Its not easy to get appointments and we never managed to get an emergency one the same day. I realised the difference in the low quality of booking appointments when I changed my surgery to the address of the new home. Also the telephone lines are so busy and never you are picked up sooner than half an hour or so.There are a lots of GPs in this surgery and definitely not all of them are recommendable. We were super happy with Dr Wiggins and Newbold who were always there to listen and help kindly. We never felt cared by others such as Dr Kumar.The nursing is good though

Receptionist with the short blonde hair oldish woman seems as though the job is too much for her always snappy passive aggressive and doesn’t care for her job atall. Everything seems to be an effort for her this was not just a one off she’s like it on the phone and in person. Deliberately obstructive

Unfortunately the reception lets the whole surgery down. The doctors when you get to see them are really good but the reception is dire. I wondered whether the rudeness I had witnessed and experienced was a one off, but it’s been pretty consistent for the last 6-8 months. I’ve watched the receptionist be unnecessarily rude to vulnerable patients. She continues to type whilst talking to you and doesn’t even look up, she is so ignorant that you wonder whether she is even listening to you, which probably explains why she forgot to book me in and I waited 50 mins to be called by the GP. She’s happy to discuss anyone’s private matters in the middle of reception or asks more questions than necessary to grant you an appointment. There is zero confidentiality. The reception is understaffed. When you do get to see a doctor they’re great, but I don’t know what’s happened over the last couple of years it used to be good there.
