I recently moved into my new house and utilized Andrews as my letting agent, with Holly Tuttle as my lettings consultant. Holly did an exceptional job throughout the entire letting process. She was incredibly helpful and patient, addressing all my queries with a smile. Her professionalism and willingness to assist made the experience seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend both Andrews and especially commend Holly for her wonderful service.

If it weren't for Garry Maisey I wouldn't own my home. I can honestly say I've never dealt with anyone as honest, patient and just plain great at their job. From the very beginning of what was a long and difficult journey to completion Garry went to bat for me over and over again. When the bank pulled the mortgage offer at the last minute he made them reinstate it, when solicitors were obstructive he dived in and straightened them out, when the vendors were tricky he worked with the estate agent to iron out the kinks. When I'd totally lost hope he ploughed on and got us over the line. Also the team supporting him are outstanding especially Lisa, a complete star. No question was too stupid he went massively above and beyond to help me. Communication was brilliant, knowledge was brilliant, tenacity was amazing and positivity was unfailingly high from start to finish. I will never use any other mortgage advisor and cannot recommend him strongly enough. If you don't use Garry Maisey you are a complete fool, he is absolutely the best there is.

The staff at Andrews Estate Agent on 11 Bath Road were absolutely brilliant. Women and men big up yourself. Wife and I are happy with your hard work in finding a beautiful house.

You find out how good a company is when things go wrong , as a tenant I had flooding . The lengths Holly Turrle and K O’Donnel went to resolve the situation was outstanding .Holly was the lady you first showed around the flat and continues to support when ever needed , escalated the problem quickly and communicated well throughout.K O’Donnell worked extremely had with various parties to ensure the drainage issue was resolved , before the forecasted rain arrived .In general everyone in the Cheltenham office is friendly and always happy to HelpThanks all
