Called to get a price for Disneyland Paris park tickets plus car parking and possible car hire for 4 days 3 people staying on site at Disney ,gave all details ,contact numbers etc 10am ish last friday ,was promised a callback ,waited all day friday all day saturday no call back . I booked with another company on the Monday and today a week later still had no call back from Hays !! Wont even bother calling again

Dealt with Hays for a few years now and always find them helpful.When I've requested return flights in any circumstances to get back to the UK, they always come up trumps for me .Stick your on-line bookings, they may be cheaper but you dont have the backing when you need it.Thanks Rob ,Jonathan and you Hays girlies.
