It is a rare thing for me to write a bad review but in this case I don't have a choice my car actually left here with more problems than when it arrived. I know accidents happen and mistakes can be made but it's how they are dealt with that counts. There is one individual here who if I heard an employee of mine talk to anyone the way he spoke to us is be giving him his walking papers. The rest of the staff in fairness were polite. Basically I'd never go here again.

Called in today for new Tyre's, pre booked them Mon 27th April, staff were not helpful, and as for manager he was no help at all, very poor service, I won't be back.

Ordered tyres from these guys after I searched around online. They were willing to match the price I found on the net and they supplied and fitted them. The size I wanted is very large 285/75/16, but they ordered them for me and they were ready to be fitted the very next day. I was glad of the quick service as I had been out with Donegal Overlanding and had put a hole in my sidewall and urgently needed a new one.

Friendly fellas, explained in detail what was going on when I asked and generally relaxed environment. Steering alignment nuts needed heated and 2 guys to get them loose, they stuck at it and got the job done. Definitely will be back. Pull up to the side when you arrive, walk in and ask which bay to pull into.
