I required a dry rot investigation and this was done speedily and effectively.Work was done on time, with the minimum of disruption.One wee problem was ironed out speedily without any drama. Overall an excellent experience using this company and I would not hesitate to use again.

Excellent service. We required damp proofing prior to our house sale and Stuart went out of his way to fit us in and the job was done promptly and professionally.

I was granted a decree (judgement) against Mr McAlpine by a Sheriff at the Simple Procedure back in May 2023 and he know owes me over £5000. The decree was granted because the initial work installing a damp proof course failed badly lending to significant rising damp issues with Mr McAlpine failing to then act according to the warrantee provided. He did not remedy the defects to the appropriate standard leaving me with a substantial bill having to pay another company to do the work. You can see from other reviews that a distinct pattern emerges regarding quality of his work and whether he will honour, as he is legal required to do, the terms of the warrantee he provides. Action via the Simple Procedure can be undertaken, as I did, without the expense of a lawyer.
