I also would leave no stars if I could. We contacted them with a pre paid funeral plan in place and because of this received zero customer service. I believe if we had been sitting there with an open cheque book we would have received a totally different experience. We were forced into the least popular time slots and allowed no space for manoeuvre. We were told that we could not delay by another week for returning relatives as it was too long after the death even though other funeral companies confirmed that this was not the case. Our relative was left at the hospital mortuary for over two weeks when they should’ve been taken into the funeral directors care. Their only saving grace was on the day of the funeral when we and our loved one were treated with dignity and respect. However their front end office staff and management leave a lot to be desired at highly emotional and distressing time.

I'd I could leave no stars I would! Avoid coop funeral care at all costs, they have abysmal customer service, never do what they say they're going to do, you have to chase them for everything and then when you get tired of the bad service and decide you've lost faith and very much doubt your loved ones will be stress free dealing with them when you're gone.... they charge you £250 to cancel. Dishonest company, look elsewhere.

Absolute disgrace of a service, no staff available, don't allow you to see your loved one, was told firstly that we couldn't see my husband as the coffin wasn't ready then told they hadn't got him dressed yet, then the staff member had to Pick Up her children from school" then told she was leaving at 14:00 and no one available
