I just love this company! When my shipment was lost over the holidays, Emma quickly sent out a new package. Her responsiveness to my issue was immediate. Given the time difference between the US and the UK, that is truly impressive. The product is great too!

Everything that the NLC does is with heart and passion. Great product underpinned by outstanding service. Recently I needed to attend site with a high viz carrying our company logo, but on the day it was missing. Within an hour Matt and Tobie sorted me out with a label that I ironed onto a spare vest. That same vest has been through the wash many times and it is still looking great!

Tobi at the Name Label Company arranged all our office statics for our window and various wall stickers for our new office and they were brilliant. So professional throughout and the work was amazing cannot recommend enough!!

My cats are forever coming home minus their collars. I then have the expense of another collar AND another name tag! I began to wonder if there was a more cost effective way to add my details onto their collars rather than resorting to tattooing them?! I first tried sewing on the old fashioned type of name label but this was awkward and they soon became unstuck and the lettering would fade and smudge. I then contacted The Name Label Company who very kindly sent me some stickers to try out. I certainly put them through their paces. I firstly soaked a number of collars overnight made from different fabrics to see if the stick would work. Next morning they were stuck fast and remained so when they dried out. For the past 7 months the only time I've had to use a new sticker is when one kitty inevitably comes home minus the whole collar. They stay stuck fast, no curling of the edges and the print remains unsmudged and completely clear. I cannot recommend enough. Another benefit is that there is less hanging from the collar to bother the cats, who did not take easily to the collar in the first place. The communication from The Name Label Company has been first rate, a really friendly company who will do their best to accommodate your individual needs. Five Stars from me. Spread the word....Cat name labels are the way to go!!!
