Excellent Customer Service, both Daryl and Gary were a pleasure to deal with very professional and honest customer service. I bought a Speedmaster from them and despite having some issues at my side the guys were patient with me and helpful. Would highly recommend also great knowledge on the market.

From ordering to receiving my new watch Gary was fantastic. Did a video of the watch and went into great detail displaying all angles and pointing out it was in mint condition. Received with in 24 hours and exactly as described, in fact it was better than expected. I have dealt a lot with Lifestyle Watches over the last couple of years, and what a brilliant pair of guys to deal with.My latest purchase from them is their Luxury Watch Cleaning Kit. An essential to any collectors tools. The pen supplied with the kit makes maintenance of my collection so much easier than other brands I have tried and this set will be a constant within the care of my watches.

I recently sold 3 watches to Gary and Daryl and also purchased a submariner from them. The submariner was reasonably priced and they gave me fair market value for the pieces I sold to them. They are extremely easy to deal with and very trustworthy from what I can see. They even picked me up and dropped me off at the train station. I would recommend them everyday of the week.

An amazing experience from start to finish. Dealt with both Daryl and Gary and it’s has been a pleasure, very knowledgable and helpful. Originally was discussing the Omega Aqua Terra and ended up with a deal on the Submariner ‘bluesy’ with a few of my watches in a trade.A breathe of fresh air to deal with a company who care about the process and how I felt during it. Literally just bought a watch on line yesterday, within an hour a had a phone call to confirm it would be dispatched to arrive today (Saturday). I know that’s not a cheap service so was genuinely impressed. So not only was the IWC as new, but they included a really nice quality watch cleaning kit FOC as they knew the watch was a gift. I’m honestly really impressed, in fact I think this may actually be my best ever on line purchasing experience. Goes without saying I totally recommend them to anyone looking for a quality watch at a competitive price.
