Worst experience of my life!!! They have a black barber working inside he is absolutely useless. To say he even knows how to hold a trimmer I would be lieing. How the owner can employ barbers like that and just stand behind his counter without thinking of his customers is a disgrace. Used to be one of the best places for a haircut and shave, had some lovely memories when they had good people working. Shame really as I will never return after they messed up my hair!!

Highly recommended. Excellent cut and wash for a very good price. Possibly the only place I’ve been to that can cut my hair type properly; it grows out nicely.

The ginger haired barber is so rude. I walked in and greeted him and he asked me to put my name down on the register which is fine. I then asked him what his name was and he goes “don’t worry about my name”. I was simply asking as I wanted to put his name down as my barber as he did a good job last time I visited. Most likely won’t be returning to this barber shop. The barbers here are hit and miss. You have to go through the bad ones to know which ones are skilled.

Had the best experience at Turkish barber shop Sutton Coldfield shop. Ahmed is my barber an amazing job had the full works done , face mask . Nose wax & even I’ve brought some fragrance sprays .

Class service from the guys, traditional coffee served whilst waiting and even open on a Sunday which is a bonus, friendly guy who cut my sons hair and interacted brilliantly with him.

Didn’t do what was asked messed my hair style up and after that simply turned rude and didn’t even try to rectify the mess made. £28 absolute rip off for a skin fade and beard shape up. Would not recommend or ever return again. Useless, rude and a terrible barbers.
