Bupa Dental Care Staines

Absolutely brilliant service, from the friendly and helpful staff on reception to the kind and reassuring dentists - I was given plenty of time to talk through my treatment options and was managed with care and compassion, couldn’t recommend highly enough

I’ve had my treatment done by Dr Ramandeep Marway, endodontist, and my only regret is not having it done sooner. I instantly felt fine after the treatment. He examined my teeth thoroughly at the beginning of the procedure, and was very reassuring throughout it. So I want to say thank you!

Adelaide is just the best hygienist ever. She is professional,courteous and so friendly but her best quality is she makes you feel so at ease. Just brilliant!!!

Went to get two wisdoms removed. They are in a nice quite location, receptionists were friendly but professional, same for oral surgeon. They were on time, even early and everything was done fast and well. Would recommend. Careful there is no parking though but the receptionst explains where to go.

Fantastic care. Lovely Sarah the hygienist, was great, my teeth all now throughly cleaned.Tony the dentist knows how terrified I am of the dentist and always puts me at ease.Wonderful customer service from the whole team, from the receptionist to the dental nurses.

Highly recommend this dental practice. The receptionists Emma and Louise were very friendly and helped me feel at ease with being nervous about my appointment as i haven't been for a while and very accommodating with booking around my working hours and childcare. The dentist and her nurse were equally kind and professional glad i registered here.

After speaking to the receptionist at my old practice (must be the old bad one from here and left to go to Rothley Lodge) and spoken to so rudely. I left them there and then! I called Bupa Dental Care and spoke to a receptionist, that I am disappointed I didn't remember the name of, and she was lovely. A breath of fresh air. I am now on the list as an NHS patient and my first official appointment will be in May. I have had to have an emergency appointment and they were busy but the dentist was kind enough to speak to me on the phone and had a telephone consultation for antibiotics. I have also been referred in the past for tooth extraction and every time this practice has not disappointed. Very caring team and I am happy to soon be a patient for this great Dentist.

Took my son recently, changed from my other dentist, my son loved going for check ups and even was not scared with fillings done until visit at BUPA Staines.The dentist did not stop even when my son was crying (8 years old) saying “let’s just get over with it”, did not offer to rinse (which always gives a break and calms), when I kept asking can he rinse dentist said:” what for? It is not going to change anything”.Not sure if the dentist attitude was like that because it was NHS treatment but my son cried all the way home saying he will never go to dentist again!Great job …. I think I just go back private to my previous dentist … have my first BUPA check up next week will update with experience for now just advice do not take your child there!

We are so grateful to Bupa dental for the emergency treatment they gave my daughter. We were given a quick, urgent appointment with Dr Bal and colleague who was so kind and made my daughter feel at ease who was scared. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful and a pleasure to speak to. Thank you again to the incredible team at Bupa Dental.

Really great dental surgery. Cannot recommend it enough. The reception staff are friendly and kind. The practice is bright and extremely clean. The dentists are gentle and very nice too! Very good with small children, very patient and caring. Really made my children feel comfortable.
