Straight forward, professional and friendly. Like a lot of people my Mrs and I dread calling out gas engineers as past experience with other guys has always been one problem after the next. But let me tell you these guys were poles apart. They came in and had my boiler sorted in no time. Have changed my opinion completely. Top job and I would recommend Rawda to everyone. Thanks lads.

Very happy with the services provided. Gave useful advice, tips and recommendations and then followed through with the procedure of repairing my boiler in the time frame that was given. My boiler is up and running again earlier and for cheaper than expected :D

I had a problem with no hot water and issue with my heating. I searched online and most companies said they would come out to me within a few day however Rawda 365 came out on the same day! Really can’t fault the engineer! Top work from Faz and he knew exactly what he was doing!Hot water and heating sorted within a few hours. Will be calling them back in to upgrade my system to a smart one in the near future!!
