Love Velo

Recently enjoyed a trip to Mallorca staying in Port de Pollenca, the hotel, cycle hire and airport transfers were all organised for us by Phil at what I feel was a very good and fair price. This was my first experience of this type of trip so used them on recommendation from a friend who had used them a few years back - I can also happily recommend, been home 2 days and already talking about booking a trip for next year so I will be contacting LoveVelo again soon. Great service - 5 stars well earned.

Booked a short break cycling holiday with LV to Mallorca. Hotel Pollensa Park including bike hire. Absolutely great service from the time of booking to the end of the holiday.

Oli at LoveVelo was able to put together a last-minute cycling adventure for me, and everything worked perfectly as planned. The hotel La Garance and the Guintard restaurant next to it were perfectly located. The bike shop where I rented the bike was a 4 km walk from the hotel, and the rental bike was the expected Trek Emonda. Besides climbing Mt. Ventoux, I also followed the routes suggested by LoveVelo. The loop around Gorges de la Nesque was really beautiful. Well, the entire are around Bedoin is truly spectacular! Kudos to LoveVelo for making it possible!

My brother and I travelled to Port Pollença, Mallorca with Love Velo and had the most amazing cycling experience. It was our first time away on this kind of trip and I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Everything went seamlessly with transfers and bike hire and the route pack had more than enough to get us out exploring the wonderful island. We travelled as a group for a trip to Mallorca at the 312 event in April 2022. Fantastic personalised service throughout and great communication. We had an issue with airport transfers to the resort (which was out of their control) and Love Velo acted promptly to ensure the problem did not reoccur on the return leg. Superb location and accommodation. Will not hesitate to recommend and will be booking with you guys again. Thanks

Booked a cycling trip to Italy through Love Velo. Our flight was cancelled on arrival at the airport at 0500hrs and Love Velo were contacted straight away for their help. They replied 30mins before the office closed at the end of the day demanding a large payment be made due to the coach having to be wait in Italy due to our 16hr delay.The coach company then sent their owner to our hotel to further demand money be paid for the fact they waited so long for us to arrive. Love Velo offered zero help or assistance with this and clearly had no contingency in place for if a flight is delayed or cancelled (because that never happens does it.....).The routes they provided were no different to anything you could create yourself or just go to any bike shop in Bormio and they have all of the routes and extra available for you. Plus the staff there are actually very helpful.... Unlike Love Velo.All this company did was book a very expensive taxi company that will extort it's customers and they just about managed to book a decent hotel but having spoke to the staff at the hotel offered us a better rate to book direct with them for a return next year. Oh, I shouldn't forget they managed to copy and paste some route files too.Do not use this company. Book everything yourself and enjoy a much simpler, cheaper holiday and should anything go wrong you can depend on yourself unlike Love Velo.

We had an excellent 6 days in Mallorca organised by LoveVelo. 1 night in Palma then 5 days brilliant gravel biking based in Inca. Everything was perfect: hotels, transfers, bikes and GPX routes. Highly recommend. Thank you Oli. We will be using LV again for sure.

Fantastic company. Tom was superb in his communications during the organising part. Just returned from the trip to Alpe d’Huez. The car hire, hotel & my bike hire were all perfect. & the digital routes given were brilliant with no thinking where we should go. Thanks a million to all the team
