Great service and lovely guys.They were able to attend the same day as called. The fault was found and fixed quickly. All for a very reasonable price.They kept me up to date on their attendance time. Excellent communication. Cleaned up after themselves.I trusted what they were telling me and didn't feel that they were upselling or pressuring to get more work.Appreciate them fitting me in so quickly and I'll be keeping number handy for any future electrical works.

I cannot express my gratitude for Ben Energy Electrical Services for their recent work and their professionalism. Ben has been punctual, efficient and approachable at all times. Their work was completed on time, the area left clean and tidy. There was not a problem with any of my extra requests during their work. He's always answered my phone and resolved any queries when I was unsure about the new battery storage configuration and the EV charger (which they installed). He is a true professional in his field and definitely a person I will recommend to all people. I can only hope there is more genuine and competent people like Ben.

Ben is extremely knowledgeable regarding all things electrical. From a number of quotes for a solar battery system he was very nearly the cheapest and was certainly the most professional, friendly and helpful. The installation went smoothly and everything was completed as quoted and on time. If you are thinking of having solar panels and/or battery installed I would highly recommend that you speak to Ben.

After reporting a potentially dangerous situation to him, Ben drove over really quickly. After realising the problem was with the electrics coming into the house, he spoke to National Grid on our behalf and the whole thing got sorted within the hour. Ben very kindly didn't charge us for his time and was so helpful and friendly. I can't fault the service we received! I would recommend 100%.

After recently having a solar panel system installed by another company I required a further battery installation that they could not assist with. I searched for approved installers in my area and Ben Energy came up. I contacted them by e mail and after some on line correspondence between me, Ben Energy and the initial installer, Ben Energy was able to attend and commission the additional battery. This was completed on the same day, Ben Energy were a real find as the service provided was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Ben and his son have been working on a cellar installation for us at the pub for the past 3 days installing a cellar cooling unit, numerous lights and sensors and carried out lots of rewiring timers etc, the level of professionalism and workmanship is beyond anything I’ve ever seen before. Always on time, worked incredibly hard and made what I’d consider a very complex and difficult installation look simple. I’d highly recommend both Ben and his son, Ben is a true gent and professional, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree either as i can’t ever recall seeing an apprentice with the same amount of knowledge, passion for his work and impeccable mannerisms. (Still think he should get a bonus lol) after just three days of working alongside Ben I’d consider him a friend and never hesitate to call him for future works. Thank you both for everything.

Great service today. Phoned about a plug socket which was a worry. Phoned Ben at 1.45 pm and as he was working locally and came to me when that job was done, my socket was replaced by 3 pm. Friendly, cheerful and very reasonable - I will definitely use him again.
