Don't rate them much with their customer care, not great at getting bk to u about properties thar uv enquired about, n don't keep u up to date with any new properties that cum up for let that mite suit u if uv not had luck with other properties uv enquired abt. I've made loads of enquiries abt properties to let on their website and they've not got bk to me, I had to call them to ask abt the ones I made enquiries abt

Avoid, avoid, avoid!! Rude, incompetent and along with a bad landlord that doesn't want to repair anything in the property, will make up all sorts of issues to keep your deposit.Must be the worst letting agents in the UK.

Great experience with the ladies in the Premier Let office. Couldn't recommend them enough. Caroline in particular has been so helpful in trying to get us situated in a property with a pretty tight deadline. Shes been fab with any subsequent queries also.

They don’t fix any requests, the definition of painting over the cracks.

The best letting agent experience I've had! We had great experience with the staff at the Premier Let office. Anytime we had an issue they were very quick to respond and got it solved as fast as they could. Even at the end of our tenancy in this Covid-19 period Caroline was able to swiftly get all the work done and we had no issues when handing over the keys and getting our deposit back. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Would not recomend renting a property from premierlet i was staying below a tennent that rented a property from premierlet they were neighbours from hell i phoned the agency and told them what i was dealing with and nothing was done about it,i phoned them a few times no one answered my calls or replied to my emails i later find out that caroline was friends with the people staying above me

Rented a property through Premier Let for just shy of 6 years. During that time the original landlord sold the property to someone who was purchasing the flat as buy to let. Premier Let took care of everything and helped me through the transition ensuring I wasn't evicted. My rent was very reasonable with only one small increase during my full stay and that was mere months before I moved out. I left the property purely because we needed a bigger one for our expanding family. Couldn't recommend the ladies enough, every issue in the property was rectified quickly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. They were friendly and kind and always had time for a wee chat when visiting the property/ on the phone to them.

Arrogance, obnoxiousness, breath taking incompetence. All hallmarks of this agent, and the management in particular. Forget about proper vetting of tenants or timely payment of rent, thats of no concern to them, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Fabulous staff in Caroline and Kerry Ann. Nothing is too much trouble, and they look after me very well.Highly recommend Premierlet
