Teodora is very rude and looks like she doesn’t enjoy her job!Was standing in line for fast track, nobody was there but me she was just standing there.. I approached her and asked “can I come to you” her reply was “if you want” - like uh? It’s your job darling, I didn’t pick it for you! After confronting her due to her reply, she says “I said hello” - maybe under her breath?Smile more and stop making customers agitated for no reason!Good thing is not my local branch! Definitely don’t want to be dealing with stinky attitudes

Terrible service. Manager was condescending and rude. He should not be a manger. Clearly living a pathetic life to treat customers this way. Would never come here.I was told if I bring the product back unused I could return it. Manager took one glance and told me I was lying that it was used and walked away mid conversation. Absolutely unacceptable.

Quick and easy collection, Argos gets 5 stars.However, had a bit of confusion with the 3rd part of my order and the woman behind the counter seemed less than enthusiastic and rather rude when being asked about the missing item.Perhaps customer service training should be implemented here :)

Delivery guy dropped the parcels outside the main building , I asked why not to infront of my flat. He said my company doesn’t to it. When I asked he did it say the company name. We argued, and I wanted take the vans registeration number as you can see in video. Driver drived the van on me. and hit me . I walked back, otherwise he was about to injury me maybe worst.

Terrible service. I bought a pair of curtains and explicitly asked if I could return them if they didn't fit. I was told I could as long as they were in 're-sellable conditions'. I tried them, they were too long, so I returned to Argos (about 30 minutes after the purchase) and was told they weren't in re-sellable conditions because I had opened and ruptured the packaging. How was I supposed to try them if I didn't open it?? The staff showed very little empathy and the manager was quite rude. He didn't even point me to where I could complain about their service. I would not recommend going to this store.

very condescending customer service, I want to return a bike lock which has no instruction, but was refused that because it need to be in resellebale condition. There’s only a tag and plastic as packaging which I have to break to try the item. And then I said fine but you need to show me how to use it, then they say something like: “does it just come it like this” with another staff laughing. I plainly told them that why do you think I need to bother coming here if there’s enough information. Later when I ask how to reset the password, the staff directly says that they don’t know about the product.
