Sports Massage

I had a great sports massage with Lukasz this week. He was professional throughout, and took the time to find out what I needed from the session beforehand, as well as explaining as he went along during the treatment. A great treatment space too, very clean.

I have seen Lukasz twice so far to relieve pain from my hip dysplasia. Lukasz immediately identified the pain points and after two sessions I feel so much better and my muscular pain is relieved. I will continue seeing him pre and post my surgery as he was the only one that managed to help me so far. Definitely recommended!

I’ve been to see Lukasz a few times for a sports massage and found him to be very knowledgeable and professional. He has great communication skills and has been able to identify areas of tension in my body that were causing me discomfort. He ensures I’m comfortable at all times, and is happy to adjust his technique/pressure based on my feedback.I’d very much recommend seeing Lukasz for either a specific issue or a general sports/deep tissue massage.

I couldn’t recommend sports massage London more, I had a pain in my right lower back through lifting, not only did Lukasz rectify the issue but also told me about my imbalances and pointed out that my biceps were tight which he also worked on. I feel no pain whatsoever and back to training like it never happened.

I recently visited Lukasz for massage to address my neck and shoulder pain, and the results are great. After just three sessions, I experience significant improvement in my overall well-being, and I highly recommend this massage therapy.

Lukas is the man, a man that knows is job very well. Went there for a groin injury I had for over two years never think I would get back to playing football, he did a very good job on my groin I would recommend him to anyone. I’m happy I fine a very good physio, my road to getting better is in good hands.
