Absolutely horrendous as an ISP, terrible download speeds wherever I've used them, questionable connectivity most of the time (outages lasting over a week at times). Leaning heavily on a captive audience that QM's won't allow to shop around dispite other providers being willing and able.Booking in for an EE 5g router ASAP, SNet needs to get a grip.
