Khaled is a genius! He has turned by favorite dress that broke into a skirt, fixed a broken zip on a bag I thought was unfixable, sewn up lots of holes in various clothes to give them more wear, he is so polite and nothing is too much bother! Quick turnaround with repairs and price is great! Thanks for a great experience everytime!

Have been using their service for a while for trousers alterations mainly and have always exceeded my expectations. Fantastic service! Well done job in timely manner and reasonable price. Really appreciate the attention to detail and wanting to get things right! Totally recommend!

MANNERS COST NOTHING!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & WILL NOT RETURN! Entered the premises to make a purchase. When asked about making a purchase, the owner responded in a disrespectful manner and lied saying that he “doesn’t really” sell the item of clothing (i.e thowb) I was looking for when I know that he does. Terrible way to treat a first time customer and I will take my business elsewhere!

Recently discovered via. web. Saw the reviews so gave it a go. I have had to have many alterations to my clothes for many years, now in my seventies. This is by far the best quality plus very quick timescale I have experienced. Very reasonable pricing over whole range of alterations. Highly recommend.
