Online booking was straight forward and easy to get a timeslot that suited me. I'm trying to grow my hair out really long. Claudia was really helpful, friendly and gave tons of useful advice about growing my hair longer (what product to use, how to dry curly hair etc). Really nice atmosphere and great music.

My son has been using The Groom Room for about 7 years now and cannot fault the service. It was my sons first time with Neo and he is a great new ( to us ) barber for Marks team. The Groom Room really is the ultimate place for men’s hair and beard ( my partner is also an avid fan and recommends Ryan ). Reasonably priced , incredible attention to detail and a lovely shop that would easily rival a London barbershop. All of the staff are of such a high quality of work it never matters who you get your guaranteed for the best cut.

Used the groom room twice now as my child wanted a pictilar hair cut tried other barbers and wasn't sure about it!! Came here saw Mark and what a brilliant job he's done both times!! Will be coming here in future!! Don't forget to book as it's a busy place can't recommend enough

I've been getting my haircut at the groom room for over 10 years and I've never gone anywhere else! Mark the boss, is a fantastic barber and brilliant shop owner! Although recently started getting my hair cut with Ryan as we have similar interests. Also a fantastic barber and good friend! All the barbers there go above expectations! Keep it up guys!

After years of maintaining my own beard and crew cutting my own head I decided to give a barbers a try, I found the groom room in Abbey Road Torquay and I looked cool, nice decor and 2 barbers with beards, I'm on to a winner here I thought.I spoke to the receptionist and found they had space for a walk in, I then realised I had made a judgement without knowing, the female receptionist wasn't a receptionist she was a highly skilled barber and not just there to look pretty.Let's cut forward 2 years and I can truly say my beard has never looked better, thicker, stronger and keeps its shape.In this live you pay for what you get, the groom room may not be the cheapest and they are certainly not the most expensive but they are in my opinion the best.Thank you Claudia for making my beard the best it's ever been
