Booked a 1/2 day off work, on arrival was told the appointment was cancelled.Apparently appointments had to be confirmed, however they failed to take my number correctly. Confirmation is not stated as a requirement in the letter received or when booking on the telephone.Very disapointed.

I had been struggling with both ear canals, which were blocked and causing muffled hearing. I booked in for the suction ear wax removal treatment, and it's arguably the best money I've spent. Painless, instant relief, and my hearing is honestly clearer and better than it's ever been. Brilliant service, and could not recommend enough!

Visited Campbell Hearing last week when I had wax lodged in my right ear and couldn't hear properly. As a musician it's important to be able to hear what I'm doing for my job and I was under time constraint. I didn't have an appointment and Jonathan kindly and quickly cleared the wax there and then. Highly recommended and I intend to return for regular check ups.
