I've have been using Joe's services for a good while now whether its been for rehabilation due to injury or too aid my recovery from sport on a week to week basis, his overall service is of a very high and professional standard but also really reasonably priced. Joe has been great! I recently started HIIT training and have been relying on sports massage to support me through my training. Without Joe I’m sure I would have struggled to complete as many workouts, and be injury free throughout the intense training.

I had been having pain in my right knee for a while and nobody was able to resolve it. I went to see Joe who was very knowledgeable and gave great advice, a few more visits to see Joe and the pain has gone. Highly recommend.

Joe is incredibly knowledgeable about injuries, recovery and self improvement. For an amateur like myself Joe's insight was invaluable for my preparations for my first half marathon last year. I've been working with Joe for over a year now and he's been fantastic in helping me work out some issues I've had with building more muscle, training regimes and general wellbeing. Cannot recommend Joe enough
