I enjoy the glass walls that are dominant throughout the building, bright and airy... parking not bad if you're not there for working links, otherwise the security people can get funny. Lift is fun too and the bathrooms are great, good views too due to all the glass.

We are in to our 3rd year of being a Millfields Trust tenant. They are a fantastic landlord. They always drop everything to help. The team are lovely. This year has been particularly tough for us due to the pandemic, but throughout Millfields Trust have been so kind and supportive of our business. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for business premises in the city.

I've been so impressed with the responsiveness and friendliness from the people running Millfields, and Genesis Building itself. Great attention to detail and professionalism in both! It has a lovely community feel to it and it feels great to know that the very reasonable rent I pay contributes to projects for local school children, it's a real win win. Joining Millfields has been a (much needed!) highlight of 2020 for me.

I have been a tenant for nearly 9 years and so far have found the experience excellent. Whenever there has been a problem it's been sorted out extermaly quickly.Also the help and support has been brilliant over the last year with what has happened with lockdown. I would highly recommend the Millfields Trust to any businesses.
